Main Inclusion Criteria
|
|
People who have been diagnosed with diabetes for less than 5 years and are between the ages of 30 and 69 years of age will be asked if they wish to be involved in the study. They can be on any form of diabetes treatment either diet, oral hypoglycaemic therapy or insulin.

Main Exclusion Criteria
|
|
They should also not be pregnant or have diabetes due to secondary causes.
