Main Inclusion Criteria
|
A case of ventricular proarrhythmia will be defined by the following inclusion criteria: - documented TdP, VF, polymorphic VT or non-polymorphic VT (not associated with QT prolongation) and/or - exacerbation of pre-existing ventricular arrhythmias defined as either: - a new documented ventricular arrhythmia (for example, new polymorphic VT) - conversion of unsustained ventricular arrhythmias to sustained and/or - severe prolongation of the corrected QT interval >= 500ms - moderate prolongation of the corrected QT interval (>= 450ms [male patient] or (>= 470ms [female patient]) and a clinical history of presyncope or syncope and - diagnosed as secondary to therapeutic drug administration or overdosage - age - 16 years old if included in the genetics project
