This study is open to additional centres in or around Cambridge

Main Inclusion Criteria
Patients between the age of fifty and seventy years, who are living in East Anglia, with a history of acid-suppressant use for >3 months in the past 5 years and has not had endoscopy in the last 1year will be invited to participate in the study.
Main Exclusion Criteria
Mental illness, mental disability or brain damage which are sufficient to render the adult patient incompetent to give consent.
